- The problem is that there isn't really any way to tell the serial port
- which modem it should be communicating with. Also, you wouldn't be
- able to use two modems on the same serial port without all kinds of
- elaborate hardware that would prove to be expensive if it exists at
- all.

- Best solution I've found is to use one of those serial cards that
- gives you 4 or more additional serial ports and allows you to set them
- to non-standard port numbers / irq's.

- be careful that your software can accept non-standard comm port
